It’s event season yet again, which means the team here at Itential is gearing up for another digital ONUG event next week on October 20 – 21, ONUG Fall 2021. While we’re always excited to join the ONUG community for an event, this year is especially exciting as Itential will be showcasing some new and innovative solutions around network and cloud automation.

During the event, our team will be addressing how enterprises can simplify automation initiatives across hybrid infrastructure, emphasizing the transformation of digital enterprises while focusing on the acceleration of cloud adoption and ensuring compliance. We have a jam-packed lineup of sessions that will help enterprises better understand how they can adopt network and cloud automation across their entire infrastructure, all while ensuring it stays compliant.

If you want to attend the event, you can register for free as our guest here. Now, let’s take a quick look at each of Itential’s sessions so you can plan your ONUG schedule.

Itential’s ONUG Fall Session Lineup

Keynote Session: Accelerating Customer Service Delivery through Network Automation & Orchestration

Wednesday, October 20 @ 2:35 pm ET

During Itential’s keynote session, we’re excited to share the stage with a longtime customer and partner, Lumen. As one of the world’s leading communications technology providers, Lumen is always finding better ways to deliver the fastest, most secure platform for next-gen applications and data to their customers. Richard Batelaan, EVP of North American Operations, has led Lumen through its own digital transformation, streamlining and accelerating the delivery of services in an effort to drive better customer experience. Richard will join Chris Wade, Itential CTO, for a discussion on Lumen’s platform strategy, and the automation and orchestration that enables their enterprise customers to rapidly respond to changing market demands through agile, on-demand network and edge cloud services.

Academy: How to Maintain Compliant Hybrid Infrastructure Through Automation with the Itential Automation Platform

Wednesday, October 20 @ 3:15 pm ET

By now, most enterprises understand the benefits of network automation, particularly across hybrid infrastructure spanning public cloud and on-prem data centers, yet the uncertainty on the state of configuration on parts of their network leave teams asking if they should even attempt to automate a network that is out of compliance. In this Academy session, Rich Martin, Senior Technical Marketing Engineer at Itential, will demonstrate how automation is in fact the only way to achieve and maintain compliance as well as how the Itential Automation Platform delivers a modern and simplified approach.

Proof of Concept: Achieve Compliant Hybrid-Infrastructure Automation with Itential

Thursday, October 21 @ 12:00 pm ET

Infrastructure is your network, that’s why it’s more important than ever to maintain compliance across hybrid infrastructure all while comfortably enabling self-service networking. In this Proof of Concept, Itential will demo how to do just that, including building closed-loop automated workflows with Itential’s drag-and-drop Automation Studio that allow for compliant self-service networking.

Open Session: The State of Network Automation: Past, Present, & Future

Thursday October 21 @ 12:30 pm ET

Join network automation veterans Peter Sprygada of Itential and Brad Thornton of Red Hat for a lively discussion on the evolution of network automation technology – where we are today and where the industry is headed, as they tackle topics such as pipelines, low-code / no-code, source of truth and more. They’ll even be hanging out in our virtual booth after the session to answer any questions.

You can find more details about the event here, including your free pass to attend the event. You can also do some pre-show reading on the ONUG blog as Peter Sprygada was recently published discussing the operational efficiencies that come with automating hybrid infrastructure.

Hope to see you there! Be sure to stop by our virtual booth to say hi.
