Ian founded Itential in 2014 with Chris Wade and currently serves as the company’s president and CEO. He has more than 20 years of experience as a CEO or executive vice president leading companies including Nokia, Osmose Utilities Services, Windward Technology Group, Verso Technologies and ReachView.

After co-founding ReachView to provide service assurance solutions to large enterprise and telecommunications companies, he led the company to be acquired by Alcatel-Lucent. He was also a driving force with Windward before it was acquired by Verso.

Chris co-founded Itential in 2014 to simplify and accelerate the adoption of network automation and to transform network operations practices. Using a model-based approach, Chris leads the innovation and development of the company’s flagship software portfolio of dynamic network automation applications.

Rodney Foreman joined Itential in 2024 as the Chief Revenue Officer and a strong advocate for our customers. An experienced leader with an outstanding reputation across the IT industry globally, he is renowned for building exceptional sales and customer success teams and achieving impactful reach into target markets with an innovative sales strategy that optimizes all available routes to market.

Recently, he was the CRO for Vapor IO an Austin, Texas based AI as a Service, data center, private network, software and SaaS company supporting many of the top Enterprise customers around the world. Teamed with Comcast and NVIDIA he and his team created the Zero Gap AI solution.

Prior to joining Vapor IO, Rodney was the CRO at Megaport where he grew the business globally. He led the creation of the PartnerVantage channel program to scale the business and launched Megaport solutions into several new markets. Under his leadership, the Megaport stock price on the ASX went to an all-time high during his tenure while driving significant market share growth.

Prior to Megaport, Rodney led the global channel and mid-market direct sales business at IBM for their Cloud Software business unit, which was the largest component of IBM’s software business.

Rodney has also held key positions at Nutanix, Informatica and Dell Computer. He is a National and World Champion powerboat racer and was inducted into the American Powerboat Association Hall of Champions. He spends his spare time on the lake boating and wakeboarding, on the golf course or traveling. A Cancer survivor who is very active with the American Cancer Society and Habitat for Humanity in Austin.

With over two decades of experience driving growth for B2B enterprise technology companies, Kristen leads Itential’s marketing efforts to accelerate the adoption and expansion of its innovative products and services.

Before joining Itential, Kristen held marketing leadership roles at PowWow Mobile and StarMobile, where she helped establish both companies as leaders in enterprise application development. She also founded a consulting business, serving as a fractional CMO for early-stage startups.

Kristen is passionate about scaling businesses, building high-performing teams, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive demand generation and pipeline growth. She is also an advocate for diversity in technology and innovation.

Peter Sprygada serves as the Chief Architect at Itential after serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Pureport where he was responsible for their multi-cloud network as a service interconnect platform. Prior to Pureport, Sprygada was a Distinguished Engineer for Red Hat, where he played the role of Chief Architect for the Ansible Automation Platform. Sprygada also held senior technical and leadership positions at Arista and Cisco, as well as several networking startups.

Prior to establishing Itential, Chris gained a wealth of experience in the SDN, NFV and OSS/BSS markets and held leadership positions at global organizations including Alcatel-Lucent, ReachView Technologies and Micromuse.
