Ian founded Itential in 2014 with Chris Wade and currently serves as the company’s president and CEO. He has more than 20 years of experience as a CEO or executive vice president leading companies including Nokia, Osmose Utilities Services, Windward Technology Group, Verso Technologies and ReachView.

After co-founding ReachView to provide service assurance solutions to large enterprise and telecommunications companies, he led the company to be acquired by Alcatel-Lucent. He was also a driving force with Windward before it was acquired by Verso.

Chris co-founded Itential in 2014 to simplify and accelerate the adoption of network automation and to transform network operations practices. Using a model-based approach, Chris leads the innovation and development of the company’s flagship software portfolio of dynamic network automation applications.

With more than 10 years of experience driving growth for emerging and enterprise software companies, Kristen is leading Itential’s go-to-market strategy and execution to accelerate the adoption and expansion of the company’s products and services.

Prior to Itential, Kristen served as Vice President of Marketing and Communications for leading enterprise mobility software companies, PowWow Mobile (San Francisco, CA) and StarMobile (Atlanta, GA). Kristen is passionate about technology and how its rapidly transforming the way we live and work and is an active voice for women in technology.

Carl serves as Chief Sales Officer of Itential. With over twenty-five years experience across early to late stage Enterprise SaaS companies, Carl brings a proven track record of revenue growth through developing and executing sales strategy, scaling organizational structure, building impactful teams and focusing on customer outcomes.

Most recently, Carl served as Vice President Sales at MuleSoft, a Salesforce company and was responsible for Financial Services for North America and Canada.

Peter Sprygada serves as the Vice President, Product Management at Itential after serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Pureport where he was responsible for their multi-cloud network as a service interconnect platform. Prior to Pureport, Sprygada was a Distinguished Engineer for Red Hat, where he played the role of Chief Architect for the Ansible Automation Platform. Sprygada also held senior technical and leadership positions at Arista and Cisco, as well as several networking startups.
