Ian founded Itential in 2014 with Chris Wade and currently serves as the company’s president and CEO. He has more than 20 years of experience as a CEO or executive vice president leading companies including Nokia, Osmose Utilities Services, Windward Technology Group, Verso Technologies and ReachView.
After co-founding ReachView to provide service assurance solutions to large enterprise and telecommunications companies, he led the company to be acquired Alcatel-Lucent. He was also a driving force with Windward before it was acquired by Verso.
