Cisco PSIRT

The Cisco PSIRT adapter from Itential is used to integrate the Itential Automation Platform (IAP) with the Cisco PSIRT system to add, update, and retrieve Knowledge Base articles and related information on all published security advisories.

With this adapter you have the ability to perform operations with Cisco PSIRT such as:

• Create and Retrieve Knowledge Base Articles: For any job that is related to an incident or problem, Itential can create or retrieve a knowledge base article with information on what was done in the job to resolve that particular issue. This allows users to keep up with advisories and notifications of incident information specific to their network.
