Product Manager ‐ Itential

Chris Calloway is a Product Manager on Itential's Orchestration Team, responsible for Studio, Projects, and Lifecycle Manager. Chris spent the first eight years of his career at Itential as a hands-on practitioner — designing and deploying network automations, building customer-facing automation solutions across financial services and telecom, and leading the Pre-Builts team that expanded Itential's open-source automation library. That ground-level experience shapes how he approaches product: with a focus on identifying and solving operational problems in network management. Today, Chris is focused on bringing AI-driven capabilities into the orchestration layer, helping teams move beyond manual workflows toward intelligent, autonomous network operations. Chris holds a Computer Science degree from Georgia Tech.
