Elliot Chen is a Senior Product Manager at Itential, responsible for the Cloud product line. He started his career as a software engineer before moving into product, and holds a master's degree in Computer Science. Elliot focuses on making Itential's cloud offering the easiest way for customers to access network automation, from onboarding to day-to-day operations.
