As the Chief Marketing Officer, Kristen leads marketing, demand, PR/AR, outbound sales, and revenue enablement at Itential. In nearly a decade at the company, she has built the marketing engine behind Itential’s growth from network automation startup to the agentic operations platform for infrastructure. As the market shifts to AI-native operating models, Kristen is rebuilding go-to-market for an AI-first era, treating LLM share of voice as a primary metric and AI not as a tool but as the operational model for how modern marketing teams run.

Before Itential, Kristen held marketing leadership roles at PowWow Mobile and StarMobile, scaling both as leaders in enterprise application development, and ran a fractional CMO practice for early-stage B2B startups. Her career has been built at the intersection of complex enterprise technology and the marketing systems that make it land with buyers.

Kristen is a vocal advocate for AI transformation in marketing, building teams of AI-enabled generalists, embedding AI into every layer of the marketing function, and challenging legacy GTM playbooks that weren’t designed for an agentic world. She also champions diversity in technology and leadership, and is committed to building a marketing organization where the next generation of operators can do their best work.
