The inaugural Gartner Market Guide for Agentic NetOps Software defines a new category of software for managing network infrastructure: products that use AI agents to translate operational goals into planned, governed, and executed actions. Gartner calls it a disruptive, early-stage market that is redefining how Day 2 network operations are planned, governed, and executed.
