Itential Workshop Offerings

Every workshop runs on a real challenge from your environment. You’ll use FlowAI to build agents that reason through a goal, select the right workflows, and act on live infrastructure — all through one governed engine. When it’s done, you have a full audit trail and automated documentation. No cleanup required.

Port Turn-Up

You’ll build a FlowAI agent that turns up a new subinterface end-to-end: write the prompt stage by stage, select the tools it needs (ServiceNow, NetBox, Itential Gateway), then run it against a real change request and watch it reserve an IP, configure the device, verify the result, record the IP back in NetBox, and post a completion note.

What you’ll do: Write the agent’s prompt, add each tool as you go, then run it against a live device.

DNS Management

You’ll build a FlowAI agent that processes DNS changes from an approved change request: write the prompt, select the ServiceNow and Infoblox tools it needs, then run it against a CR with a CSV of changes and watch it pre-check, create, and confirm each record. Run the same agent again on a follow-up CR to prove it handles updates too.

What you’ll do: Write the agent’s prompt, add the tools, run it twice – once for a batch of creates, once for an update.

Software Upgrade

You’ll build a FlowAI agent that runs a full device software upgrade: write the prompt, select the tools it needs (ServiceNow, NetBox, Itential Gateway), then run it and watch it pull the approved version from NetBox, run pre-checks, kick off an Ansible playbook through Gateway, verify the device came back healthy, and document the result on the ticket.

What you’ll do: Write the agent’s prompt, add each tool, then run it against a live device through a reload.
