Terms and Conditions of Sale for Itential Software and Related Services

 

Itential Support Agreement

If you purchase Software Products and Services directly from Itential, and if you do not have an effective agreed upon Master Services Agreement covering support services with Itential, then any such Software Products and Services will be governed by the terms and conditions set forth in the Itential Support Agreement (“ISA”) as of the ISA Effective Date.

 

Escalation and Severity Guidelines

If you purchase Software Products and Services directly from Itential, the support of said Products is governed by the Escalation procedures and Severity definitions contained in the Itential Escalation and Severity Guidelines document.

 

End User License Agreement

If you purchase Software Products and Services directly from Itential, the licensing of said Products is governed by the Itential End User License Agreement (“EULA”). This agreement identifies all rights and responsibilities of Itential and the customer.

Pronghorn Open Source Components

If you purchase Software Products and Services directly from Itential, the licensing of said Products includes certain Open Source components and libraries. The linked document includes the component/library, the license involved and a link to the appropriate license page.
